Foundations of Mountain Biking (women-identifying/femme/non-binary) - 4-week Progression Series: Thursdays (April 10, 17, 24 & May 1)
Join Coach Liz for this 4-week Foundations of Mountain Biking (women-identifying/femme/non-binary). This is perfect for novice/intermediate riders who are looking to gain confidence in their bike skills on and off the bike. We will work on body positioning, braking, wheel lifts/hops, climbing, cornering, small drops, rolls & step-downs, line-choice and bike setup!
In order to ensure everyone is receiving the best experience, clinics have a maximum of 4 riders per coach.
WHEN: Thursdays (April 10, 17, 24 & May 1) at 5:15-7:15pm
WHERE: Jordie Lunn Bike Park, Langford, BC
WHAT TO BRING: We recommend a modern mountain bike (hardtails are fine) with a dropper post. Full finger gloves, sturdy biking shoes, knee pads and bicycle helmet are mandatory. There is limited access to water at Jordie Lunn, so please bring at least one full water bottle & snacks. If you have any questions about what to bring, please contact us.
